OMG what a guy. He is all power. Bobby Lashley takes his workout schedule very seriously and that is the reason he is one of the fittest, muscular and most ripped guy. This is the reason he is also known as Dominator. His workout is mostly based on intensity .

Day 1  

Squats 5 x 5
Deadlift 5, 5, 3, 2
Walking lunges 3 x 12
Sled push 4 x 50 yards
Tabata Versa climber



Day 2  

Pull ups 100 total in sets of 5
Bent over rows 3 x 12
Ball slams 3 x 10
Rower sprints 30s sprint/ 30s rest x 10

Day 3

REST


Day 4  

Flat bench press 10 x 10
Incline 1 arm incline press 3 x 10
Pec deck flyes 3 x 15
Dips 3 x failure


Day 5  
Thrusters 3 x 12
Single arm shoulder press 5 x 5
Lateral raises 4 x 12
Hammer curl 3 x 10
Straight bar curl close, reg + wide grip x 10 each

Day 6

Circuit style
Pull ups 5
Push ups 10
EMOM 30 minutes
TGU 50 - 100

Yoga 2 times/week

Cardio two mornings/week
